Modern life rarely teaches us how to truly rest.
Most of us keep going — tired, wired, and overwhelmed — without ever fully switching off.

The Deep Rest Trilogy is a carefully held, three-part immersion designed to support deep nervous system regulation, physical and emotional release, and sustainable rest that carries into everyday life.

This is not a drop-in yoga class.
It is a course, with each session building on the last, offered as one complete journey.

Who This Is For

This series is especially supportive if you:

  • Feel constantly tired, overwhelmed, or on edge

  • Struggle to switch off, slow down, or sleep deeply

  • Experience stress, anxiety, burnout, or hormonal changes

  • Are drawn to slow, restorative, yin, or meditative practices

  • Want to understand why rest feels difficult — and how to change that

No prior yoga experience is needed.
All practices are accessible, supportive, and gently guided.

How the Trilogy Works

We meet once per month on Sunday afternoons, allowing space between each workshop for integration and reflection.

Each session is 2.5 hours and includes:

  • Gentle movement and deep rest practices

  • Simple, embodied teaching (no jargon)

  • Time for reflection and integration

  • Practical tools you can use in daily life

To protect the depth and continuity of the experience, booking is for the full trilogy only.


The Three Workshops

Part One: Regulating the Nervous System | Sunday 1st March 14:00-16:30

Understanding Stress & Learning How to Truly Rest

We begin by exploring why rest can feel so elusive, even when we slow down.


This workshop includes:

  • An introduction to the nervous system and stress response

  • Breath and movement practices for down-regulation

  • A slow, grounding yoga practice

  • A deeply guided relaxation

You’ll leave with simple tools to help your body feel safer, calmer, and more supported.

Part Two: Yin, Fascia & Letting Go | Sunday 29th March 14:00-16:30

Releasing Tension Held in the Body

This session invites you into deeper stillness and release.

You’ll experience:

  • A long, supported yin practice

  • Gentle guidance around sensation, holding, and release

  • Space for physical and emotional softening

  • Quiet reflection and integration

This workshop is slow, inward, and deeply nourishing.

Part Three: Yoga Nidra & Integration | Sunday 26th April 14:00-16:30

Deep Rest That Changes How You Live

The final workshop focuses on profound rest and integration.

It includes:

  • A short preparatory practice

  • An extended Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) journey

  • Reflection and intention-setting

  • Tools to continue cultivating deep rest beyond the course

Many people experience this session as a powerful reset.
