The Deep Rest Trilogy is course in deep rest, nervous system regulation, and integration.
This trilogy is a carefully held, three-part immersion designed to support deep nervous system regulation, physical and emotional release, and sustainable rest that carries into everyday life.
This is not a drop-in yoga class, but a course, with each session building on the last and offered as one complete journey.
