Yurt Hire - Terms & Conditions

Payment Terms

  • A non-refundable deposit of 40% is required to secure the booking (for half day- and full day bookings)

  • The remaining balance of is due 30 days before the hire date.

  • Full payment is required for 2 hour booking slots

  • Payment is accepted via bank transfer - including invoice number to:

  • Bookings are confirmed only once payment is received.

Cancellations

Half Day & Full Day hire

  • Cancellations made more than 60 days before hire: Refund of any balance paid (deposit non-refundable).

  • Cancellations made 15-60 days before hire:
    50% refund of the balance (deposit non-refundable).

  • Cancellations made 14 days or fewer: No refund.

  • The Provider reserves the right to cancel bookings in emergency situations, with a full refund issued.

    Short Hire (2 hour bookings)

  • Cancellations made more than 60 days before hire: Full refund paid

  • Cancellations made 15-60 days before hire: 50% refund.

  • Cancellations made 14 days or fewer: No refund.


Use of the yurt

  • The Hirer agrees to use the space respectfully and for the stated purpose only.

  • Shoes, food, and drink (except water) are not allowed inside the yurt unless agreed in advance.

  • The Hirer is responsible for setting up and packing down within the agreed hire times.

  • No candles, flames, incense, or hazardous materials are permitted.


Health & Safety

  • The Hirer agrees to use the space respectfully and for the stated purpose only.

  • The Hirer is responsible for the safety and behaviour of all participants.

  • The Hirer must ensure activities comply with relevant health and safety standards.

  • Any accidents or injuries must be reported to the Provider immediately.

  • Emergency exits and procedures will be explained upon arrival.


Insurance

  • The Hirer is responsible for having their own insurance where required (e.g., public liability for instructors).

  • The Provider is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.


Cleaning & Damage

  • The Hirer must leave the space clean and in its original condition.

  • Any damage to the yurt, equipment, or surrounding property must be paid for by the Hirer.

  • A cleaning fee may be charged if the space is left in an unacceptable state.

Equipment

  • Included equipment: 14 yoga mats, 14 bolsters, 15 blankets, 30 yoga bricks, 18 yoga blocks, 14 eye pillows, and 14 yoga belts.

  • A basket of logs – for a warm, welcoming atmosphere during your sessions.

  • The Hirer accepts responsibility for all equipment used during their session.

Noise & Respect for Neighbours

  • Noise levels must be kept appropriate for the environment.

  • Outdoor areas must be used respectfully and quietly.

Termination of Agreement

The Provider reserves the right to terminate the Hire Agreement immediately if the Hirer breaches any of the terms or engages in inappropriate or dangerous activities.
