Gentle Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra & Sound Journey with Christina.
Join Christina for a nourishing afternoon to gently support your body, heart, and nervous system.
This restorative session weaves together heart-led mindful movement, restorative yoga, yoga nidra (deep guided rest), and a soothing sound journey.
Throughout the afternoon, you’ll be guided through soft, embodied practices that help unwind physical tension, settle the mind, and create space for deep calm. We’ll explore simple techniques to regulate the nervous system, soften stress, and invite a profound sense of ease and spaciousness within.
We will then transition into a blissful sound journey with crystal bowls and chimes, allowing the vibrations to carry you into a place of deep relaxation and inner stillness.
To close, we’ll gather in community to enjoy a nourishing homemade treat and a cup of warm tea—grounding ourselves before heading back into the rest of the day.
