of moving in harmony with your surroundings. Stand Up Paddleboarding (SUP) isn’t just great exercise; it’s a chance to reset, recharge and enjoy the simple benefits of being outside.
We are excited to announce that SUP season is officially back and classes are now open for booking.
All sessions are delivered by Isis du Jour Yoga | SUP Yoga Sussex, and are now bookable through The Yoga Yurt booking system - bringing everything together in one place and making it easier for you to plan your time on the water.
Intro to SUP
A fun, beginner-friendly session designed to get you paddling, relaxing, and enjoying nature from the water.
Curious about stand-up paddleboarding? This session is the perfect introduction.
No experience needed, no pressure, just fresh air, gentle movement, and plenty of fun.
We’ll begin with a short safety briefing on land, covering everything you need to know: equipment, launching, and staying safe. Then it’s time to head onto the water, where you’ll learn the basics of paddling, steering, and turning,
with the option to stand up when you feel ready.
The pace is relaxed, supportive and all about building confidence.

SUP Yoga
Elevate your practice with SUP Yoga, a unique blend of yoga practice and the tranquil beauty of being on the water. Set on a peaceful private lake, your paddleboard becomes your floating platform, gently moving beneath you and enhancing every movement.This immersive experience challenges your balance and core strength while encouraging focus, presence and a deeper connection to your surroundings. The subtle rhythm of the water brings a natural sense of calm, allowing you to fully switch off and reset.The highlight of each session is a deeply restorative floating Savasana, where you can completely unwind as you drift gently, surrounded by the soothing sounds of nature.
No prior yoga or paddleboarding experience is required, just bring a sense of curiosity and a willingness to relax into the experience.

SUP & Sauna
Every other Sunday in the warmer months enjoy this amazing experience in nature!
Take part in a 60-minute guided paddleboarding session, ending with a floating meditation. Then, relax and restore in our wood-fired Sauna with tea and sunset views.
All levels welcome – equipment included
